The Rossignol Group announces the opening of its new store in Courchevel, which will offer both its softgoods and winter sports equipment collections, in an emblematic location for Rossignol, strengthening its presence in the heart of the french Alps.
Located in the center of Courchevel, at 65 Rue des Verdons, the store, which opened on 9 December, is the result of a partnership between the Rossignol Group and Patrick Lepeudry’s Ski-Service Group.
The new Rossignol store extends over two floors with a total area of 180 m2. The ground floor offers a full range of apparel, footwear and accessories collections, while the lower level is dedicated to winter sports equipment such as skis and skiboots, with a specific area for equipment rental and services.
This new Courchevel shop is the first to offer the full range of apparel and equipment collections and products. It consolidates Rossignol’s presence in legendary city and mountain locations, iconic destinations where mountain enthusiasts can discover the brand’s latest collections.
This new store represents a magnificent showcase for the brand and its collections. The building materials, including wood, stone and natural iron, were selected to help the store to blend into its mountain environment and to display its products to their best advantage. The external facades were designed to create a smooth transition between the internal and external spaces, inviting visitors to explore the Rossignol universe.
The official opening takes place on 20 December to coincide with the Women’s Ski World Cup to be held the following day in Courchevel.
The Rossignol Group’s CEO, Vincent Wauters, said: “This new store in Courchevel, a jewel in the crown of the Alps, brings us closer to our customers and delivers an immersive, global brand experience. The brand’s major universes are brought together to reveal the richness of our apparel, footwear and equipment collections. Rossignol has a special, historic connection with Courchevel, the internationally renowned, iconic ski resort in the French Alps. This new store will become a meeting place for mountain enthusiasts and lovers of the brand, delivering a unique shopping experience in the heart of the Trois Vallées.”
